Meet Jeff

I would be honored to be of service to you.

As a young adult, I experimented with psychedelics in a non-set and setting

environment. However, these experiences were profound in their own way. I

realized the potential of what I could learn through psychedelics. I re-entered the psychedelic world in my early 50s. My reasoning was that “Enough was enough”. I asked myself, why do I keep finding myself in the same situations with the same outcome? Who is the common denominator? I decided it was time to let go of all that no longer served me and to take accountability for my role and actions.

The first few years were a lot of work. Letting go of what no longer served me took a lot of awareness and questioning of my belief system. I had to release the fear, and surrender without knowing the outcome. I had to have faith. I always believed I had an open, loving heart, but with awareness came the understanding of the control I had to have in my life and relationships. In order to expand, I had to change my way of thinking and doing. I had to forgive all those that harmed me willingly and unknowingly. This does not mean that I reached out to those who hurt me; I just had to release the pain from my heart. I had to forgive myself for those I hurt unknowingly and asked them for forgiveness. As I did this work, I started to live more and more in my heart and not as the victim.

I would get glimpses of what it felt like to be on the other side. I knew that if I continued to do the work, eventually the scale would tip in my favor. The glimpses came more and more often, until I was living mostly in the light instead of a place of pain and suffering. This gave me the courage and motivation to keep going until the scale could tip no more. I stepped off the scale in a new light, and with this awareness, I started to cry, as I realized that I had done it, I was on the other side! All the hard work paid off. For the first time, my tears came from a place of true self-love instead of pain. The work never ends, but with awareness it doesn’t seem as challenging.

When I started journeying, it was all about letting go; now it is about expansion and receiving. I received a very clear message that it was time for me to help serve others through their awakening. My deep diving, certified training and experiential knowledge are what qualifies me to “Help others help themselves”. I am not here to tell you what to do, for each of us has our own process. I am here to hold you as you need to be held, not how I think you need to be held. I will support you with compassion and without judgment.

We all have the ability to tip the scale if we are willing to do the work. Awareness is key in the healing process, without this awareness, how do we know what to work on. I believe I can help make that work a little easier for you with a better understanding of what it all means.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by integrity and the highest standards of professionalism. This commitment has always been the foundation of my work and continues to guide my coaching practice.
